Flexiwall is a unique industrial fabric partition wall, ideal for use in large/tall factories and warehouses. It offers multiple benefits over traditional partitioning methods, including avoiding the need and expense of creating new production or storage facilities by remodelling existing spaces with minimal disruption.

A smart alternative to fixed wall systems, Flexiwall is manufactured in robust reinforced fire rated material. With a guaranteed dust-tight seal achieving ISO 7 cleanroom standard, you can optimise space to solve multiple challenges; prevent dust spread, manage temperature/humidity, control noise, avoid cross-contamination (including tainting), reduce heat loss or create additional areas.

Taking up minimal floor space, Flexiwall can be designed to fit any size and shape of building and neatly seals around existing ducts and pipework. Panels are assembled onsite and suspended from the existing structure or additional fabricated steel work before being tensioned/fixed to the floor.

Fully customisable to suit your requirements, including antibacterial material for sensitive or food safe environments, as well as vision panels, pedestrian doors and equipment access points. Flexiwall is installed/demounted quickly with minimal disruption, and easily reconfigured, removed or relocated should business needs evolve.

Our Flexiscreen protection and containment solution keeps live operations running during construction work, delivers inclement weather protection, thermal insulation, sound reduction and prevents dust and debris contamination into adjacent areas – all with minimal disruption and zero impact on structures and project programmes.

With Flexiscreen fit out can commence early or continue prior to cladding install. ISO Class 7 cleanroom areas can quickly be created next to active works to enable early client handover. Screens can easily be relocated for protected phased openings and allow production to start/continue by securing adjacent sensitive live areas – keeping them guaranteed contamination free.

Manufactured in heavy duty fire-rated material with a choice of panel connection methods, Flexiscreen is quick and clean to install/demount, and takes up minimal space. Fitted to the inner frame of a building’s structure, it is designed to protect your programme from the elements, with project-specific windload calculations to ensure Flexiscreen’s structural integrity on long term projects.
