Our system is designed to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of any project. It can be deployed in multiple configurations, including:

• Vertical application for new construction

Utilizes a temporary exterior sanitary riser and can discharge into the sanitary sewer, a septic system, or a holding tank.

• Vertical application for building renovations connects directly to an existing toilet flange and ties into the building’s existing sanitary system, discharging into the sanitary sewer.

• Ground-level application with temporary exterior connections can support single units tied in individually or multiple units tied together in groups. Discharge options include the sanitary sewer, a septic tank, or a holding tank.

• Ground-level application using existing sanitary infrastructure connected through an existing toilet flange and discharges into the building’s sanitary sewer system.

Our patent-pending system offers gravity-based sanitary waste removal that is more efficient than the conventional use of mobile temporary toilet assemblies, the ones that must be removed from the building for servicing and then distributed back into the building.

Time and costs are drastically reduced, especially when considering that the system does not require the use of a temporary elevator or crane that is normally required to service standard units. With the growing presence of women in our workforce it makes for a more desirable work environment not having rolling half highs with external urinals and line of sight to the interior of the units. Also, this system eliminates exposure to sanitary waste by evacuating directly out of the building via gravity instead of having waste stored within the assemblies until serviced.

Our temporary toilet assemblies tie into a temporary sanitary riser and a temporary water supply that is already required in the building for temporary water usage. Our assemblies can easily be connected with a fernco to sanitary and 1/2′ threaded water connection to be added up the building progressively as construction goes vertical, being installed as soon as the plumbing contractor has brought the temporary sanitary and water stacks to the highest floor. If there is not a permanent sanitary to connect to the units can be placed on a short platform and daisy chained into holding tanks and evacuated a couple times a week.

We offer new production units for purchase and are also working with rental companies to offer similar rental services as conventional temporary toilet assemblies. Purchasing can offer additional long term savings for temporary toilets, as these assemblies can be relocated from project to project, plus we offer replacement parts if wear & tear or damage occur. The units come standard with lockable TP holder, clothes / tool bag hanger, solar motion activated light, and adjustable legs for uneven surfaces. There are a variety of additional accessories that can be added at the client’s request.
