The Quick Header’s system is built to take the guesswork out of shoring. Environmentally sensitive and engineered for strength, Quick Headers range in size from 2’ to 16’ in length. For larger projects, our proprietary Quick Connect accessory effortlessly links headers together to span virtually any width. To date, our system has successfully spanned openings up to 116 feet in length, (3 pier walls were a part of the wall) proving that no opening is too wide for Quick Headers.

New for 2026: The Quick Headers XL will be debuting at World of Concrete 2026 and is our latest innovation. Engineered specifically for the demands of heavy-duty 12” block applications, the XL system is the answer to mason feedback. In the past, crews had to ‘sister’ two smaller headers to span structural walls. The XL solves this with a single, robust system measuring 8.75” wide by 4.25” high. Its reinforced vertical walls handle the increased weight of 12” block and grout thanks to the Quick Headers form support and masonry arching action. Safety, cost concerns and efficiency remain at the core of our design. With safety as a top priority, Quick Headers eliminate the need for carpenter tools on site, reducing risk while increasing crew safety through fast, simple installation. Quick Headers save up to 60% in shoring costs compared to traditional methods. Our system requires post shores only every six feet, with no posts needed for spans up to 6 feet. Post shores are available in sizes reaching from 3′ to 18′, and when bolted together, they can reach heights of up to 36 feet.
