Ognibene North America LLC was established in 1953 by Olmes Ognibene in Correggio, Italy, initially focusing on the assembly of tractors and agricultural machinery. Over the decades, it has evolved into a globally recognized leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of hydraulic steering system components, including actuators and steering units. The company has expanded its market presence in several countries and remains family-owned while operating as a multinational corporation. Since the early 2000s, Ognibene has significantly expanded by opening new manufacturing sites in Brazil, India, China, and North Carolina (USA), along with sales offices in Japan and Germany. Ognibene North America LLC currently employs around 1,200 individuals.
