Wauseon Machine
Wauseon Machine began as a small machining shop in 1983, specializing in build-to-print tooling, prototypes, and machined parts. With over 100 CNC machines, the company now produces parts for a variety of production quantities, from low to high volume. Notably, in 1988, Wauseon Machine designed its first ram tube end forming machine, and it now offers a line of tube end forming, de-coating, and crimping machines, serving over 22 countries. As a System Integrator since 2002, Wauseon Machine has integrated automation solutions, including robots, into its equipment. The acquisition of McAlister Design & Automation in 2022 expanded its capabilities in automation solutions. The company emphasizes cutting-edge technologies, including industrial robots, collaborative robotics, mobility, vision systems, user-friendly software, and artificial intelligence.
