Rise AV and Rise Broadcast are global not-for-profit organisations advancing gender diversity across the AV, live events, production, broadcast, and media technology sectors. We create meaningful pathways for women to enter, thrive, and progress through professional development, visible representation, advocacy, and community-building.

Our flagship programmes include the Rise AV Mentoring Programme, a free six-month initiative delivered across the UK and APAC, pairing women with senior AV leaders of all genders. Applications are open until 28 February. We also deliver the Rise AV Elevate Programme, a high-impact six-week leadership development programme for women already managing teams or stepping into leadership roles.
