Inline Booth Inclusions

Any booths that are 10′ deep by any length include all items shown below.

Note: Carpet/flooring is required and must be purchased separately. Electricity, utilities and furnishings are also not included with the booth.

Free Exhibitor Services:

  • Free delivery of perishable product from refrigerated storage to your booth each day.
  • Daily aisle carpet cleaning
  • Access to lounges on the show floor to use for meetings with colleagues or business associates
  • Electricity, plumbing, and any other booth services can be ordered through our official vendors

Event Registrations

Each booth will include an allotment of registrations for your booth staff:

  • An allotment of Registration Credits, based on booth size, to use towards Booth Personnel Badges or Trade Show Only Passes depending on the needs of your company.
    • Booth Worker Badges provide access to the show floor during setup, expo, and tear-down hours. These badges may be upgraded to include general sessions, receptions and the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Breakfast. Additional booth personnel badges may NOT be purchased.
    • Trade Show Only Passes provide access to the show floor during expo hours only, and can be used to invite current or prospective customers to the show. Additional Trade Show Only Passes may be purchased.
  • 2 tickets to the Welcome Reception; additional tickets can be purchased through your IFPA account.

Exposure/Brand Awareness

  • Listing in the online and mobile directories
  • Access to the event registration list
  • New product exposure – opportunity to launch your new product/service in the highly visible Fresh Ideas Showcase, designed to help you get the most exposure for your product or service before, during and long after the exposition.
  • Visibility to consumer and industry trade press by uploading press releases in the online directory, which will be shared with attending media
  • Access to the attending media list
  • Automatic entry into the Best of Show Contest, giving you a chance to win exposure for your company in a variety of ways

First-Time Exhibitor Benefits

ALL first-time exhibitors receive the following benefits, regardless of whether your booth is within the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilions:

  • Direct contact with a veteran exhibitor from our Global Show Committee for insider tips and advice to help you navigate the ins and outs of the event
  • Booth signage highlighting your company as a first-time exhibitor
  • Acknowledgement in the online exhibitor list

First-time exhibitors who select booth space within the pavilion will also receive:

  • Exposure through dedicated promotions including marketing collateral, web, and signage
  • Automatic entry into a drawing where 2 first-time exhibitors will be interviewed/featured on IFPA social media

In order to qualify for the member rate, your company must be an IFPA member at the time your booth space application is submitted and at the time of the show. Not yet an IFPA member? Join today.

*Booths that are 30 or 40 ft are more difficult to place on the show floor and will have fewer placements to choose from. Exhibitors seeking maximum flexibility in booth location are encouraged to consider alternative booth sizes.

 Approved Vendors

Important Notice: Please be aware of unauthorized companies that may contact exhibitors with costly, non-cancelable contracts while falsely claiming to represent IFPA. Only the vendors listed below are officially contracted by IFPA or the convention center. Utilities, material handling, and catering services are restricted to the companies below; however, exhibitors may work with third-party contractors (EACs) for other services if preferred.

Orders can be placed when the service kit opens in June, and discounted pricing is available through September 21 with our approved vendors.

What’s Included With Your Booth

What’s included with your booth for 2022 The Global Fresh Produce & Floral Show: create a booth design that attracts and engages attendees.

Exhibitors will receive an allotment of registration credits based on booth size for registering exhibitor badges. These credits are to be used for registering badges only and do not carry over to any other shows. There are two types of Exhibitor Badges:

  • Booth Worker Badges: Provide access to the show floor before, during and after expo hours (2 credits).
  • Tradeshow Only Passes: Provide access to the show floor during expo hours only (1 credit).

The sales and logistical contacts listed on your booth order can access the Badge Registration system through their IFPA account once registration opens (spring 2026).

What’s Included With Your Booth?

  • Two (2) Welcoming Reception Tickets, which do not need to be assigned to specific individuals. 
  • You will also receive an allotment of Registration Credits based on booth size, which can be used for Booth Worker Badges or Trade Show Only Passes, depending on your company’s needs.
  • Booth Worker Badges can be upgraded to All Access Passes for $375 ($655 for non-members).
    • All Access upgrades include: Access to General Sessions, Education Festival, and Receptions
  • Additional Trade Show Only Passes can be purchased for $295 ($475 for non-members).

Each badge will display the registrant’s name, city and state, and all registrants will be automatically included in our online attendee list.

Please note that all retailer and foodservice operator registrations are now complimentary, so save your credits for staff and other customers.

Island Booth Deadline: All booths 400 sq. ft. or larger must be finished with major exhibit construction with empties tagged by 5:00 p.m. when the  Clean Floor Policy* goes into effect. Product merchandising and minor booth construction may continue through Wednesday.

7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Booth Setup for all booths
Major construction must be complete by 2:00 p.m. so we can begin clearing aisles. Product merchandising and minor booth setup may continue.
No-Show Policy: Exhibitors who have not begun setup by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14 will be considered a “No Show” unless you have notified Show Management.

Thursday, Oct. 15

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Product Removal
GES will begin removing all freight at 8 a.m. in preparation for show opening.

10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Expo Open

Any exhibitor seen tearing down before 5:00 p.m. will be penalized 1 priority point, which will impact your 2027 booth assignment.

Sunday, Oct. 18

7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. All exhibitor materials MUST be removed by 7:00 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 19

Carriers MUST be checked in by 8:00 a.m.

*Clean Floor Policy
Due to the volume of crates—and to facilitate the installation and cleaning of aisle carpet— a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced. All aisles must be 100% clear of crates, product, ladders, gang boxes or any other items that may impede the installation of aisle carpet or they will be removed promptly, regardless of whether they are labeled. Requests to bring crates back from storage to the show floor before show opening are contingent upon the time it is requested and availability of forklift drivers. Labor fees will apply.

All planning details, ordering, deadlines, and logistics will be in the Exhibitor Service Kit, available June 3.
